Student Trainers/Soigneurs

Sparx has created the Student Trainer Program, which allows us to not only support and encourage the athletes in our community, but to also assist the athletic support teams.  This program is available to students in selected high schools who may be interested in pursuing careers such as Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or Medical/Emergency Services, to name a few.  With the training and supervision of our professionals, this course offers students an education in anatomy, physiology, muscular structures, and injury assessment and treatment.  It also provides hands-on experience as the students, with help our professionals, assist their school’s teams on the sidelines at their games.

We would like to congratulate our Student Trainers (Soigneurs) at Mathieu Martin on a successful year!
